PROMOTION CONDITIONS
This SLVtec promotion is an initiative of SLV. Participation in the promotion is free and does not oblige you to purchase products and/or services. Each participant can only participate in the promotion once. Participation in the promotion is only allowed for companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce. SLV has the right to exclude participants who do not fall within its target group from participation. All participants in the promotion are bound by these promotional terms and conditions and agree to the applicability of these terms and conditions by participating in the promotion. Participation requires full registration via this website. When registering online, the Chamber of Commerce or VAT number must be entered. Multiple participation per Chamber of Commerce or VAT number or e-mail address is not possible. In total, a maximum of 500 SLVtec gadgets will be issued in this promotion. The promotion runs from 1 September to 31 December 2023 (12:00). After this period registration is no longer possible. The SLVtec gadgets are awarded in the order they arrive at SLV, and as long as stocks last. The participants in the promotion will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It states when and how to obtain the SLVtec brochure, exclusive video content and the SLVtec gadget. The SLVtec gadget cannot be exchanged for money or other goods. By participating in the promotion, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in accordance with the privacy statement of SLV. The personal data obtained in the context of this promotion will only be used by SLV for the relevant promotion and will not be provided to third parties. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
